Hello,I bought a brand new intex aqua fix a year ago, and I was quite impressed by it, although the camera resolution is awful for me, as I use the phone to work, and digitalize documents.
Anyway, I needed an upgrade, so I purchased an Xperia X, which was sim unlocked, but inicially Orange branded, to my surprise. I just read that a branded xperia cannot be used to install Sailfish X. Is it true? Is there any solution, rather than resell it?
software info: 34.3.A.0.238, android version 7.1.1, phone F5121, unlock bootloader allowed: yes, network 0 (which means unlocked) As it is stated in Htcmania.com my xperia has all the requirements to be considered a free phone, and can be flashed and tweaked whatsoever as android phone, my question is, why this should be different with sailfish.
Anyway, if someone can just help me out with this question: should I sell my Xperia, or there is a solution, on the other hand?
Many thanks,
