edit:*edit 2 * Still occurs with My mistake apparently 2.1.3.7 (though 360p plays fixes the issue. It was an issue in my video player (LLs VideoPlayer). It starts an animation image animation when hitting play in the background. This is however set to opacity 0.0. Unfortunately it seems not to be enough to have it set to opacity 0.0 you need to make it invisible. I guess it is a lot smoothly it still stutters on youtube streams. 720p never runs smooth)limitation of the current driver state of Xperia X device as other devices show no bad side effects. Anyhow I was able to fix this by setting this animation image to invisible if opacity = 0.0 (fix landed in my current git version)
