Bug: Can't always close an application with a downwards swipe during a remorse timer

Quite minor issue but I just noticed that it doesn't seem to be possible to close an app by swiping from the top of the screen if the remorse timer bar is running on the top of the display. Or, at least, I wasn't able to do so after several attempts.

If the remorse timer is not running on the top (such as deleting a picture from Gallery while not viewing that picture), there's no problems closing the app.
