Has anyone experienced audio feedback problems with speaker phone functionality on the Xperia X?

During a recent phone call, I activated the speaker phone and turned up the volume to get it loud enough. After a while, a pulsating feedback sound started to appear (appr. 1 Hz pulse, sound frequency guessed to be around 1 kHz). The person I talked to started to complain about this as it grew louder and louder. We dismissed the call and he called me back, but the problem started again. Normal phone function did not have the problem at all.

I have used the speaker phone before also without this problem, so I don't know what could have been different this time.
