Phone app pulley menu missing
Phone app shows call log but I cannot scroll the list or access pulley menu. App restart helps for a while. Any idea what causes this and what wpuld help?

edit: home screen restart fixes the situation. I have been using USB tethering with laptop phone application.

edit: did not happen last time I used USB tethering and laptop phone app.
