In some cases Android apps are installed with wrong icons or and wrong name. Example official Twitter App for Android or Quizduell > 4.4.9 (1449).
On the attached screenshot is version 4.4.9 (1449) installed. Icon and name is correct, if i update to 4.7.2 (1471) it is renamed to Quizclash and have an arabic? icon. Twitter have no icon and the name 'Android'. May be problems with the localisation?
