Reboot on `systemctl restart connman`

For as long as I use Sailfish OS it used to stall network access occasionally. "Restart network" button from sailfish utilities was a friend of mine for a long time.

Recently (I suppose since update to 2.2.0) in most cases when I try to "restart network" on manually trigger systemctl restart connman UI freezes for several seconds and my Jolla C reboots. Definitely a regression.

UPD: I have not noticed this with 2.2.1.18, though several times I got "stuck" Wi-Fi networks (despite of visible connection icon in status bar no data were passing through) that could not be fixed by "restart network", I had to completely turn off and on my Jolla C.
