[2.2.1.18] "No network coverage" error despite network available

Hello everyone,

I've been using my Jolla phone happily for almost 4 years now, but a few days ago, a really strange error popped up that I have yet to find a fix for. When I open the "Phone" app and try to call someone, it will consistently give me the "No network coverage" error despite a network connection being clearly available. Not only can I send and receive SMS just fine, I can even receive calls, but not make them. I've tried to look in the forums here for a fix but it doesn't even seem like someone's had this problem before... Any ideas on what the cause might be?

Thanks in advance!

Edit: Calling from the terminal gives me the same error and "(true,)" as an output
