Whan will Sailfish OS become full 64-bit OS?

As I've noticed, there is in HDAK mention of "Starting with CM 13.0 (Android 6), support for 64bit ARM is also being added to Sailfish OS: firstly by running a mix of 64bit Linux Kernel and Android HAL, whilst Sailfish OS userspace is being run in 32bit mode. I wonder when and if ever will Sailfish OS become full 64-bit OS?
