Will the new released Sailish OS 3 get an update of Qt to 5.12? As reported eg on Phoronix, there is a big performance win compared to previous versions. Plus a more current/uptodate webengine is integrated in this release. On top of this it is released as an LTS (long term support) release.
Quote:
The JavaScript speed-ups for Qt compared to older Qt5 releases is quite staggering while the overall performance compared to Qt 5.9 LTS is about 21%.
