In Sailfish 3, the top menu is available from almost any screen (events, opened apps and currently opened app) and not just the events screen anymore. This is nice because we can for example quickly access to network and flight mode buttons. This fits well with the swipe from top corners to close an app. But I noticed that the top menu is not available in the installed applications view. To keep Sailfish OS consistent with a great user experience, we should be able to access the top menu from any screen. Please fix this issue in the next update! I guess a small QML code change should do it.
