No WLAN when no SIM on Xperia XA2 (3.0.0.8)
I am unable to use WLAN with the Xperia XA2 when no SIM is inserted, but with SIM inserted WLAN works normally. I was able to reproduce this with two different XA2 devices, both running 3.0.0.8. with driver version 0.0.7.10, but my Jolla C does not have this issue.

Update: this does not seem to be the case on all WLAN networks. I just tested my XA2 on a different WLAN and it works fine.
