When I booted my Jolla C this morning it displayed a Jolla licence agreement and required me to accept it. It then went through a 'new device' dialogue - did I want Android etc. - and confirmed it had set up a Jolla account! Then it required me to do the tutorial (restarting during that went back to the beginning). After all that it was back to normal - nothing apparently damaged.
This was rather alarming. I thought it had done a factory reset.

Edit 1: It installed a weather app that I never had before; presumably a default that I failed to deselect.

Edit 2: I see admin has removed the 'bug' tag. I've put it back. Or is Jolla claiming that for a phone that I have owned and used for two years and updated continuously to suddenly ask me to re-accept the licence and force me to re-run the tutorial, is not a bug?
