A users wants to see if an app for a special task is a available in the jolla-store with search.
The user uses a search, as there are too many applications to browse them all.
Failed expectation: search for "OTP" does not find anything, while "SailOTP" exist as well as "TOTP Generator".
Expectation: A case insensitive substring search is done in the displayed name.
Technical observation, a search for "TOTP" finds "TOTP Generator" and "SGAuth", so the name does not seem to be searched.
A good solution would search according to the users mental idea of search, this includes the display name, possible other tags or search keyword and the description, see https://together.jolla.com/question/193321/jolla-store-search-using-description/ for a suggestion to add a search to the description. So this question/suggestion is about fixing the substring search to the display name, which I consider a usuability defect.
Is this a good place to report such a defect or is there a better one?
