Is it normal that my Jolla is slightly bent backwards?

Today I discovered that my Jolla is slightly bent/curved backwards, so the screen side is a bit convex. I did not and do not use it actively (in fact, my SIM card is in my N9, because Jolla still lacks features I need), and whenever I poked around with it, I did it with a lot of care (we're talking about a 400€ phone, right?). So this was a bit of surprise, and as far as I can remember, the phone was completely flat when I received it at the beginning of December 2013.

Has anyone experienced the same? Is this a bug, did my phone get distorted somehow, or is it by design slightly curved? I'm afraid this happened in the meantime and I need to contact customer support. Otherwise it works well and I'm eagerly awaiting the NFC-bug fix in the January update.

I can upload photos about it if someone's interested.

Update: I uploaded a couple of photos to img.ly and here are the links for the full sized images:

My Jolla on a lined notebook, probably this is the most visible version

In front of a Thinkpad for the contrast

Again in front of a Thinkpad

On a flat, black glass surface (cooker)

On a birch table

When the phone lies on the screen side, the curve is more visible on the farer edge. And I can upload photos about it if someone's interested.also definitely feel it, when holding it in my hand.

I'd like to thank everyone for the replies, I'm getting more and more sure that it was completely flat when I recieved it. I have absolutely no idea why is it curvy now.
