swipe down disconnects incoming call

If i swipe down from the top to close an app and at the same time i get an incoming call it always disconnects the call. For me this mostly happens when i miss a call and quickly checks the events screen and then swipe down to close it and the caller calls back a second time. Swipe down from the top closes the "answering app" so an to eager answering attempt when stressed will not answer the call but rather drop the call. If i pull down from the top the app closes and the call is dropped but if i pull down from just a little lower on the screen i answer the call with the exact same swipe-motion, since the green receiver is on the top it is intuitive swipe from the top.

Maybe you shouldn't be able to close the app with swipe down during the question for answer or decline a call.
