After any android app is started, a blue rectangle shows up on the right hand sideon the screen. It looks like some kind of an overlay in android app (Zrzut_ekranu_20190724_001.jpg) but sometimes also on the main screen (Zrzut_ekranu_20190724_002.jpg)

I am not sure, but touch screen sensitivity seems to drop when rectangle is active, so possibly this box somehow makes screen less sensible.

Xperia XA2, Dual Sim, exists since 3.0.3 to 3.1.0.

Has anybody experience similar behavior?
