After update 3.1 EA on my XA2 Plus does not work data transmission indicator - arrows next to the icon 3G / 4G, previously each user saw that mobile data work

After update 3.1 EA on my XA2 Plus does not work data transmission indicator - arrows next to the icon 3G / 4G, previously each user saw that mobile data work
Edit:
I noticed that the arrow animation works just after rebooting the system or using Sailfish tools, after a few seconds it does not work
