[UPDATE]

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Set event in calendar
2. wait for event
3. when it's missed and you can see it in event view tap on it and change date of missed event to future date.date. / when there is is notification on the screen change the date of event.
4. wait for event

There will be no alarm sound about event and no notification. Of course no information about missed event.
