When try to switch on Bluetooth or Flashlight I get In progress
And they don't switch on. XA2 Dual Sim and 3.1.0.11.
I guess the workaround is to reboot as that is the first time I noticed this but this should not happen. How can I help to debug this?

EDIT: CSD says Bluetooth not available! Flash does light up when testing Main camera and flash.

EDIT 2: Unfortunately I had to reboot due to networking issues. Now they both respond as they should.
