Make a note with a Notes app having tenths of lines. Close the note. Reopen the note and set a cursor e.g. to the line 1. Do not write anything. Then set a cursor e.g. to the line 3. When tapping the line 3 the cursor is set there but the page is scrolled to the end of the document. Is the feature intentional or unintentional? It seems to be easy way to scroll bottom when you remember the logic:) Though I assume it to be a bug.
Tested in my XperiaX version 3.1.0.11
