for examplr if i am typing this question and it is a long question and i want to go back to the top to edit the text i entered, i cannot do so. doesn't seem like there is a way to scroll within a text input box in a web page.

pls note this only happens if my text is so long it cannot all fit within the text input area and it starts scrolling.
