Enhance privacy
Starting with PGP implementation in the email-App to otr-plugin for xmpp chat or encryption for folders, it would be nice, to implement good standards in native apps to protect the users privacy, maybe even a native TOR option for www-access.
I think, good privacy is one point to strongly differentiate from the competitors.
