hi sailors,

i won't ever again write that i'm frustrated in the headline, but i am... my xa2 had no mobiledata in android apps and the support was not able to give me more than the recomendation to reflash, what i did but that problem was solved by another user : https://together.jolla.com/users/635/harry/ biggest bigup to him... now, my phone works almost like it should but still tends to freeze with yellow led blinking. sometimes i can restart it by holding volume up and power sometimes this just freezes it even more. only workaround was to open it up to disconnect the battery or wait till the battera was empty what is not too practical cause it is my main phone... now the connector of the fingerprintsensor got corrupted due to about 20 times opening... even that is no problem, i ordered a new one, but it would be so lovely to have the feeling that this could be a thing of the past... even on the xperia x my wife is still using the newest os is much less stable and crashes regulary... could someone please tell me what to do? send more logs? is there anybody who cares? im a jollaist since 2013 and right now it is really frustrating.... is there an update that makes it more stable? rn i even get loud android notifivations while phone is muted what is pretty anoying... im willing to provide logs, i wann help make it work but that community member provide more support than the support is strange... i feel like jolla just don't cares about the freaks that are willing to pay money to flash their phones by themself.... please don't let us down..
