Power cycling / Apps hanging on Xperia X
Lately my Xperia X has been power cycling randomly and apps are hanging. Is this likely to be a hardware problem or should I try to reinstall?

Lately my Xperia X has been power cycling randomly and apps are hanging. hanging/freezing. Is this likely to be a hardware problem or should I try to reinstall?
EDIT: I'm on 3.1.011. Stock install, oh, but I've got double tap enabled--this might be it, though it never gave me trouble before.
