Phone loses connection on dial
When I try to use the phone app, it loses the network connection. It will go to 3G and then lose connection entirely. A call will cut off while ringing or the person will answer and it will cut off shortly. Cannot get incoming calls really either. Time limit, cuts off.

When I try to use the phone app, it loses the network connection. It will go to 3G and then lose connection entirely. A call will cut off while ringing or the person will answer and it will cut off shortly. Cannot get incoming calls really either. Time limit, cuts off. Not using the "Phone" portion, it will go back to 4G and SMS works just fine.
