Often I get phoned at semi-random times (especially when I'm asleep) and today, after it happened, I thought it would be really neat if the time was [optionally, depending on ambience, perhaps?] shown at the incoming call screen. My answer can greatly depend on the time of the day (or night) :)
I know this might not be in line with design guidelines as I am supposed to peek the time from the home screen. And if I were awake, this would probably be my second nature. But phone ringing and being half asleep it just doesn't occur to me, so despite UI design things, this is more of these smaller day-to-day convenience things.
