[bug,3.2.1] Accounts tokens cannot be re-synced

Lost/broken accounts:

  • Dropbox, cannot re-sync, cannot re-create
  • Facebook, cannot re-sync, re-create didn't tried

Partially broken:

  • Google, email synchronizes, calendar duplicates items

Dropbox account login token has been lost/broken after upgrade. I wanted to create new backup and it shortly shown red message (didn't catch that) and then the check for update kept spinning and account has been marked 'not signed in' in Settings>Accounts
