Hi

yesterday i did download the new sdk. i did also update oracle vbox to 6.0.14 ( from 4.6 i think, it was 2-3 years old)

i have turned off qtcreator and oracle vbox during uninstall of old sdk, i got some errors that stuff cant be removed from build machine, but ok i wanted to remove that anyway. then i did install new sdk according to to installation 'procedure'. i have selected the last targests for arm and i486 only. at some point during the installation the installer would complain that it cant connect to buildmachine, so i did start it. not sure if that was correct, cause install procedure did not mention that. after 'hours' the installer was finished. (and i think i also had to enable virtual host only ethernet adapter in oracle vmbox in order to get the targets on the build vm)

now when i do start creator, i can start the vm's from cqtreator, both, i see that in vm box manager, but:

1) i also get on each start this errormessage, not matter if the build vm is already running or not:

Running Windows Runtime device detection.
No winrtrunner.exe found.
Running Windows Runtime device detection.
No winrtrunner.exe found.
Running Windows Runtime device detection.
No winrtrunner.exe found.

2) i can not connect to the emulator

i can do a build and rmp build but it takes now 8/9 minutes for a simple application like harbour-sailkick. (it used to take 2-3 minutes with the old sdk) i am using a week 250 euro laptop for sailfish app development, but it was ok with the old sdk, now it is not usable anymore.

what i am missing is some troubleshooting guide. what network settings are correct ? how can i check connection ? any hints ?

images with oracle vmbox 4.3 will not start, with 5.x and 6.x do both start, there is no performance difference between 5 and 6 x

EDIT: due to the connection issues and bad performance i did downdate oracle vmbox to play withe vbox versions: - 4.3.40 and can not image wont start the vm's :)(so the statement in the installation docu is wrong 4.1 or higher ..
