Not sure if it is a new bug in 3.3, but i've just noticed that weather is not being updated on lockscreen if phone is locked. Occasionally, i check the weather on lockscreen by pressing the power button (without unlocking) and it will always show the weather from time when it was last unlocked. E.g in the morning when the temperature is low, i would wake up, check the weather, check messages, etc, then lock the phone. Few hours later, when it is warmer, i would press power button (not unlocking), it will show the same temp from the morning. If i then unlock the phone, it will get updated to current temp
