Hi all,
I bought an Xperia 10 plus in February and I followed the install instructions carefully. It now runs Sailfish OS Nuuksio v3.2.1.20 and I just realised that the speakers at the bottom of the phone do not work. I cannot find a scenario in which they do work.
I called myself with another phone and put my phone in handsfree and turned the volume to the maximum setting. I can only hear something if I put it back into non-handsfree mode.
If I go to settings and choose different ringtones, I hear nothing. Sliding up the slider to 100% doesn't make a difference. If I plug in a headset, I can hear the ringtones, but not when I unplug it.
Watching a video on YT also doesn't work (unless of course I plug in a headset).
I don't think I ever had audio via the speakers following the installation. I think they worked before the install, but I cannot go back in time to make sure. I did follow the recommendation of trying out all the functionality prior to the install. Vibration still works, so I still noticed incoming calls, which explains why I didn't notice this issue until now.
Does anyone have a possible solution or an idea for further analysis?

I used the CSD test app as suggested below. I was able to hear some very soft sound during the 'Speaker playback' test with my ear pressed against the speaker. I heard nothing during the 'Stereo speaker playback' test. The volume was on its max during both tests.
Does anyone have a possible solution or an idea for further analysis?

UPDATE: an upgrade to v3.3.0.16 didn't solve the problem.

Does anyone have a possible solution or an idea for further analysis?analysis? Or is the only possibility that this is a hardware issue?
