My Sony xperia 10 Plus dual SIM (I4213) phone crashes and restarts regularly with full android support, this phenomenon exists with and without android apps after system restore. I upgraded the operating system to 3.3 but nothing changed. Now I’m back to the older system but I can’t use the phone because it immediately crashes and restarts or just the hourglass animation is running and I can’t do anything just the top scraper menu I reach but nothing is active. If you start on many attempts within a few minutes it will crash again and restart. My phone is currently unusable please help me to be able to use it again like I used to.
