hello, i've recently buy a jolla (arrived yesterday) and when I try to add jolla account I always got a message that says "Oops, problem with account creation"

• I already tried to reset the device many times with differents configuration (connect with 3G, Wlan)
• I can sign-in on https://account.jolla.com/ (with my web browser's phone, so internet connection seems to work)
• when i try to create a new one from the phone it can't even check username aviability

ps: I don't know if it's linked but when i try to enable developer mode I'm stuck on "enabling developper mode" loading page. pps: if it can help my jolla's username is : newincpp
