Event notification not turns off screen when Browser is open
How to reproduce:
Open Browser
Set event in Calendar app
Close Calendar app and leave Browser full screen.
Turn off screen
Wait for event notification
Wait for end of notification, do not touch the screen.
When notification disappearyou will see open Browser app with all content for couple of seconds. (When device-lock is on you will see lock-device screen instead of Browser.
It's happening only with Browser app. With all other apps, after notification screen is going off.
