After the latest OS update my phone is having performance / connection / lockup problems. The most notable issue is that the green led is blinking rapidly and the phone is not working;

unable to make calls, just says connection problems can turn screen saver off, but phone not responding to touch / cannot access but the lock screen

I noticed that the load-average was ~6 all the time before the phone became unusable.

UPDATE: When the green led is blinking, connecting through USB in developer mode is not possible. Also I think this is related to both WLAN and 2G/3G connection issues. Because for me this ALWAYS happens often when I leave or come back to home e.g. when the home WLAN signal appears or disappears. Btw. My phone just started ringing, but no way to answer it because only lock screen is visible (no answer the phone screen).
