How do I speed up overall animation with mce-tools? I want 2x the current speed... The current patch from 3.2 does not install, so I need a way to manually change the animation speed...

How do I speed up overall animation with mce-tools? I want 2x the current speed... The current patch I used (Animation Settings (available in the Web Catalog)) from Sailfish 3.2 does not install, so I need a way to manually change the animation speed...speed... To double the current values of the animation speed; speeding up the app launcher, notification shade, and closing of applications.
