What to do with the questions that are fixed or introduced with a new update?

I haven't found a guideline for this and I think we should have one, so I am just making an observation of the situation right now (talking only about the questions that are introduced or fixed with the new update):

  1. Some of these questions have a tag jan14, some don't.

  2. Some of these questions are closed, others aren't.

  3. Some of these questions have an added part in the title "Fixed in 1.0.3.8." or "Introduced in 1.0.3.8.", others don't.

Please give suggestions in answers and vote answers so we could have an agreement on how to solve this issue.
