When launched on the phone directly after deployment from the SDK, an application has correct font, same as in the SDK emulator. But when launched another time (from the application icon in launcher) the font in the application is much smaller and very ugly (not antialiased, almost illegible). Only on the first (automatic) run directly after deployment the font is correct, then it is always wrong. Checked with multiple applications, always the same issue.
