The topmost app icons could be easier to reach. This could be solved by leaving the grid there where you lift your finger after dragging the app grid. Imho, only lock screen and home need snapping , not app launcher. Option / setting for this could be helpful .

Continuous view instead of paginated view. Imho, only lock screen and home need snapping paginated view , not app launcher. drawer. Preference / setting for this would be helpful .

Continuous view instead of paginated view. Imho, only lock screen and home need paginated view , not app drawer. Preference / setting for this would be helpful .
