This issue started after latest update 1.0.3.8 Naamankajärvi. While the device is shut down and plugged into charger, the device won't reboot when holding down the power button for a few seconds. Phone screen will remain black and pressing on the power button once will light up the white notification led and pressing it again will turn it off, but the device itself won't boot up.

Holding down the power button will shutdown the device and the red notification LED is shown for a few seconds.

One must reboot the device with charger unplugged in order to get the device operational and boot up normally. This problem was not present in earlier 1.0.2.5 Maadajävri update (at least on my case).

Can someone confirm this issue?

PS. I'm using N9 charger which has worked well so far.

Update: Made a couple of factory resets, but the problem is still present, when updated to the latest 1.0.3.8 update.
