update Settings App cover to reflect current state

The settings app cover looks to be "static" in that it does not change even if you left it in a sub menu (for instance transfers).

I find this a bit confusing, as i look and have to think "why is settings open?", then tap it and see it is the transfers screen.

Would be good to update with something a bit more "live".
