When an application is open and in front and the grace-time has started (the screen is off but not locked) it is still regarded as active. This means that notifications are not added to the lock or event screens and the notification sound is only silent or just a click. Instead the application should be handled as "in background".

When an application is open and in front and the grace-time has started is activated (the screen is off but not locked) it is still regarded as active. This means that notifications are ignored and not added to the lock or event screens and the notification sound is only silent or just a click. Instead click.
The expected behavior is that the application should be handled as "in background".background" and notifications added to the lock and notifications view and a "normal" notification sound should be played.
