After importing a downloaded vcf file with a single contact via Settings->Apps->People->Import contacts from file a View contact button is shown. It views the contact details.

The pulley menu contains 4 entries but the Delete entry doesn't work.

You need to pull right and find the just imported contact. If you open the contact details you are back to the same view as above. And this time the pulley menu Delete entry is working.
