Low-battery notifications
The low battery level notification should not remind every 1 % change. Although the TOH disabling helps and the notifications will not be that frequent, the thresholds could be eg. at (10 %,) 5 %, 2 % and 1 %. Maybe have the thresholds depend on the recent battery consumption, that is the available use time.
