When the Phone application has more lines than fits on the screen, it does not start from the top of the list and leaves out couple of pixels. If a user wants to access the pulley menu, he has to pull down twice; first to reach top, and then a second time to open up the menu.
This bug does not happen if the Phone app is already open in the multitasking screen.
