Having distinct pages for running apps and app launcher is disturbing. Page for running apps is limited to the first 9 items. Following apps are not displayed. Moreover position in this list depends on launch order. It is never sorted in the same way so your eyes are always searching for the required information. My proposal is to have a unique display for boths. 9 apps per page and as many pages as necessary. Scroll down for displaying additional pages. On each page, if an app is not launched, its standard icon is shown. If an app is running, the standard icons is replaced by the cover page of the app. By proceeding this way, running apps are not masked even if more than 9 apps are running, position of apps is always the same and easy to find, users are choosing how to organise tasks whether they are running or not.
