As the title, this happens to both the stock browser and webcat. Chinese characters can be pasted into the URL bar, but cannot be inputted directly via the vkb.

As the title, this happens to both the stock browser browser, webcat and webcat. android browsers (tried firefox and dolphin) which double the URL bar as a search bar. Chinese characters can be pasted into the URL bar, but cannot be inputted directly via the vkb.
