Currently, it is only possible to change a contact image on the view-contact page, but not on the edit-contact page (where most people would expect it, I guess).
When an image already exists, you don't even see that you can change it there (because there's no icon telling you), which makes things worse.
Thus I suggest to have the option to change a contact's image on the edit-contact page and have a small "plus" overlay or something to indicate that you can interact with the image.
