Sharing webpage with Twitter should tweet headline

Currently if one shares a page through Twitter, nothing is tweeted (besides the URL), unless you write a tweet. A nicer default would be fore the title of the page to be in the tweet. That is very commonly what you want if tweeting news items or discussions.
