Bug: Documents app does not show all documents
I have copied over some pdf files to the Documents folder using scp. However, the Documents app does not show all the documents. Rebooting does not seem to help either, but sometimes the reboot changes which documents are shown, but the list is never complete and there seems to be no consistency in which documents are shown.
This bug is still present in 1.0.4.20

I have copied over some pdf files to the Documents folder using scp. However, the Documents app does not show all the documents. Edit: Actually I now noticed that the list remains the same after rebooting. The two items are the last two items, alphabetically. I also noticed that one of the documents missing had parentheses in the name, so I renamed the file to remove the parentheses and rebooted. However, this did not change anything.
